Since its establishment, Kembang Serantau has evolved in building construction where participation in projects may either in conventional tender method as well as design and build.
We have involved in the construction of buildings ranging from the landed property to the high rise apartment for private sector as well as government link companies. Development of government quarters and office are also part of the experience gained through association with Government and Semi-government department.
We have also participated with the programme by Ministry of Defence for the design
and construction of National Service Training Center in Johor and Perak which include
dormitory, training field, dining hall and other facilities required by the operator.
